Shipping Policy

All Coastal Remains products are made-to-order using UK-based print partners. That means your item is created just for you — and shipped directly from our production team.

Production Times 

• Most orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days

• During busy periods, this may extend slightly — but we’ll keep you posted

Delivery Estimates 

Once shipped, your delivery times will vary based on location:

• UK orders: Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch

• International shipping: Not currently available — but we’re working on it!

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on your location and product selection.

Tracking 

• You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatached. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or contact directly at hello@coastalremains.com

If your item hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or has arrived damaged, please email us with your order number and any relevant photos so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
