Refund Policy

At Coastal Remains, all of our products are made-to-order using UK-based suppliers — which means every item is created just for you. As a result, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or general preference.

 

That said, if something’s not right — we’ll always try to fix it.

Refunds & Replacements 

We will offer a refund or replacement for:

 

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Orders that are lost in transit

  • Printing errors or major manufacturing flaws

 

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and include:

 

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

 

We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can with next steps.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

 

  • Incorrect sizing (please check our size guides carefully before ordering)

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays once the item has left our hands

 

All products are made-to-order — we don’t hold inventory, so we can’t restock returned items.
